Guy teams up with SEGA Rally

GUY WILKS has boosted his British and FIA World Rally Championship campaigns by teaming up with SEGA Rally.

Starting with this week's Rallye Deutschland (17-19 Aug), Guy will promote the eagerly-awaited SEGA Rally computer game on his Mobil 1-backed Ford Focus RS WRC05.

Guy will also carry personal SEGA Rally sponsorship for his British Rally Championship assault with the Mitsubishi Motors UK factory team.

 Darlington driver Guy, 26, said: "We're delighted to have SEGA Rally on board. I spent hours and hours playing the original SEGA Rally Championship arcade game as a kid - it was the king of arcade games - and this next-generation game is absolutely awesome. It's got bumper-to-bumper action, superb car handling, super cool graphics - and no two laps are ever the same!"

"As the race goes on the roads get rutted, the cars get muddier and if you're caught behind your opponent on a dusty track it restricts your vision! It's just like the real thing. SEGA Rally is easy to
pick-up and play - but just impossible to put down. Christmas is coming early this year!"
